To enhance employees' professional skills, stimulate work enthusiasm and innovative spirit, strengthen team collaboration awareness, and further leverage the exemplary and leading role of outstanding employees, the Second Knowledge and Professional Skills Competition of Jiangsu Xiehe Group was grandly held on December 24, 2024. Leaders including Li Sixi, Chairman of the Group's Trade Union, and Wang Changzheng, Deputy Secretary of the Group's Party Branch, attended the launching ceremony, and Zhu Taihai, Executive Deputy General Manager of Jiangsu Pailezi, delivered a speech.
In his speech, Mr. Zhu pointed out that the vocational skills competition is an important platform for promoting the spirit of craftsmanship, improving job skills, and building a lean and efficient workforce, as well as a powerful measure to expand skill enhancement, mutual support and learning, and advance the Group's business development. Through the skills competition, it enhances competitive awareness, improves the professional competence of technical staff, and mobilizes employees' work enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity, which plays a significant role in cultivating employees' dedication to their posts, striving for excellence, and truly becoming experts in their respective fields. He hoped that everyone would cherish and make good use of the opportunities provided by the vocational skills competition, study and specialize in their own duties, combine theory with practice, continuously improve their professional skill levels, and elevate their work to higher standards and levels.
The competition adhered to the principles of "objectivity, fairness, and impartiality" and featured three events: first, the installation and calibration of scales, hoppers, and dispersing discs on vertical packaging machines; second, changing different specifications and formers for the same product; and third, a theoretical knowledge test on vertical packaging machines. The competition was conducted through practical operations and comprehensive theoretical assessments. In the morning, the installation and calibration of scales, hoppers, and dispersing discs on vertical packaging machines were carried out, followed by the theoretical written test on vertical packaging machines. In the afternoon, the event of changing different specifications and formers for the same product was held. Throughout the competition, the participants were full of energy and passion, each showcasing their skills, fully demonstrating excellent professional competence and high-quality professional demeanor.
Through this competition, the participants gained valuable experience and improved their vocational skills. The competition not only honored the winners but also served as an encouragement and motivation for all employees.
