To promote communication and cooperation among employees and enhance team spirit and collaborative awareness, on November 2, the Party Branch of Jiangsu Nuopule and the Union of Jiangsu Xiehe Technology Development Group organized a unique team building activity at Xuzhou Canaan Farm. Over 200 employees from affiliated companies including Jiangsu Nuopule Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Pailezi Food Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu Youruida Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. actively participated. In addition, Party building instructors Dong Xianyun, Meng Zhaofei, and Zhang Mingying from Xuzhou High-tech Zone were invited to attend the event.
The team building activity kicked off with delightful agritainment activities. At the farm, everyone divided tasks and worked together to prepare a sumptuous lunch, showcasing their diverse life skills amidst continuous laughter. This not only deepened mutual friendships but also strengthened team cohesion and unity.
Furthermore, a series of engaging activities were meticulously designed for this team building event, including tug-of-war and the "Three-Legged Race" that tested teamwork, as well as talent performances that showcased individual flair.
The event began with an intense tug-of-war competition. Team members were divided into several groups, gripping the rope tightly, planting their feet firmly on the ground, leaning back, and pulling the rope toward their side with coordinated effort. Determination and perseverance were etched on every face, fully demonstrating the strength and fighting spirit of the team.
Next came the "Three-Legged Race," a competition that tested teamwork andTacit Understanding. Participants paired up, linking arms and standing shoulder to shoulder, shouting synchronized chants as they sprinted forward in unison. The atmosphere was electric, with cheers and applause ringing out continuously.
The talent show in the final stage was the highlight of the event. Everyone participated enthusiastically, filling the venue with laughter and joy, showcasing tremendous passion and fully embodying the power of unity and the spirit of perseverance.
This team building activity was an integrated event combining Party building and union building, fully demonstrating the deep cohesion of team spirit and revitalizing the union with new energy. We believe that in future work, everyone will face new challenges with greater enthusiasm and unity, contribute more to the company's development, and jointly scale new heights!
