On May 18-19, the Xiehe Group Labor Union organized a unique team-building trip for employees, with the destination being the picturesque Laojun Mountain. Here, let us share our joyful moments with you!
During this team-building activity, we were filled with laughter and joy all the way, encouraging each other and jointly creating a warm, harmonious, and vibrant team atmosphere. Everyone not only exercised their bodies but also strengthened the friendship and mutual understanding among us. The most unforgettable moment was when we stood at the mountaintop, gazing at the distant mountains and sea of clouds, our hearts filled with emotion and delight. At that moment, we seemed to forget all fatigue and worries, leaving only beautiful memories and boundless aspirations.
The two-day team-building trip came to a successful conclusion. This activity not only allowed our colleagues to get to know each other better but also enabled employees to quickly integrate into the team, enhancing communication and exchange between departments, and improving team cohesion and overall unity.
