Through coordinated efforts among the Group's sales department, R&D department, quality department, production department, and other relevant departments, and after multiple customer factory audits and negotiations, coupled with six months of relentless effort, we are pleased to report the successful achievement of friendly cooperation with two high-potential customers for 3D mushroom yogurt melts.
To maximize customer satisfaction and ensure on-time delivery of the first orders for both customers, the production department of Pailèzi urgently adjusted the production plan, rationally allocated personnel across workshop teams, and added production schedules for 3D mushroom orders. During production, the customers' first-order on-site supervision was successfully completed, and the customers' recognition and affirmation of the production site control were obtained.
Meanwhile, the production department overcame the current constraints of the company's electricity load by introducing night shifts for fruit and vegetable processing to shift electricity usage away from peak hours. Employees in the 3D mushroom production workshop also worked overtime every day during the production period to complete the daily production plan, demonstrating dedication and hard work without complaint. The production workshop was bustling with intense activity, as everyone went all out to fulfill orders and strive for a successful start for the new product.
