Uniting New Forces, Empowering Growth: Xiehe Business School Successfully Conducts 2026 New Employee Onboarding Training

To help new employees quickly transition into their professional roles, integrate into the corporate culture, and strengthen their job competencies, Xiehe Business School successfully conducted a two-day new employee onboarding training program from May 27 to 28, 2026, with a total of 17 new employees participating. The training focused on four core modules: workplace awareness, corporate culture, institutional regulations, and product knowledge. The content was practical and highly targeted, effectively helping new employees build a solid foundation and quickly adapt to their job responsibilities.

At the commencement of the training, Qi Lin, Executive Dean of Xiehe Business School, delivered a welcome address. Dean Qi extended a warm welcome to the new employees, briefly introduced the Group's development history, core strategies, and corporate culture, and encouraged all newcomers to quickly adapt to the workplace, deepen their professional expertise, and integrate into the team. He urged them to fulfill their duties with enthusiasm and a pragmatic work ethic, advancing hand in hand with the company for mutual growth and development.

Following the address, all new employees took turns introducing themselves on stage. Each shared their personal experiences and professional strengths, and outlined their short-term work goals and long-term growth plans in alignment with their job responsibilities. The new employees presented themselves with high spirits and confidence, fully demonstrating their vitality and proactive attitude. This effectively enhanced mutual understanding within the team and laid a solid foundation for future collaboration.

The training curriculum was well-structured, supporting new employees' growth from multiple dimensions, including ideological awareness, institutional regulations, and professional skills. Chen Fei, Deputy Dean of Administration at Xiehe Business School, delivered a lecture titled "Reshaping Workplace Awareness and Personal Value Growth." Drawing on his 16 years of work experience and the company's development philosophy, he shared insights on competency enhancement, working methods, team culture, and the symbiosis of personal and corporate value, guiding newcomers to set goals and grow steadily.

During the institutional learning session, Feng Wen, HR Supervisor of the Group, led everyone through the Employee Handbook, providing detailed explanations of the organizational structure, job responsibilities, attendance and compensation policies, and reward and disciplinary regulations. This helped new employees become familiar with the rules and requirements, standardize their daily conduct, and quickly adapt to the company's standardized workflow.

To strengthen business capabilities, the training included multiple product-focused sessions. Li Xiujuan, Deputy General Manager of the Group, provided an in-depth explanation of the production processes and quality standards for the Pailezi series products. Lv Haili, Regional Manager of the Sichuan Region for Xuzhou Nuopule, shared practical experience on the San Sui product system and its core value. Wu Haotian, Rotating Dean of the Nuopule Conference Marketing Technology Research Institute, elaborated on the features and selling points of the Youxibu products. These sessions were highly informative and reinforced the new employees' professional foundation.

This two-day onboarding training was rich in content and delivered outstanding results. Participants systematically learned about the corporate culture, management systems, and various product knowledge, further refining their workplace mindset and clarifying their development goals. Everyone expressed that they had gained a great deal and would apply what they learned to their actual work. They are committed to working diligently and proactively, fulfilling their duties with enthusiasm, and contributing fresh strength to the Group's sustainable development.
