This competition was led by the Group's Labor Union Committee, closely adhering to the theme of "Craftsmanship for Food Safety · Collaboration for Efficiency - Teamwork and Job Skills Competition", strictly following the principles of fairness, justice, openness, and practicality. Focusing on the packaging positions of two core products, fruit crisps and yogurt melts, the competition consisted of three segments: theoretical collaboration, job-based collaborative practical operation, and emergency collaborative handling, to assess employees' professional competence and collaboration abilities.

The competition site was lively yet orderly. A total of 56 participating employees were divided into 7 teams, including 3 teams from the fruit crisp packaging production line and 4 teams from the yogurt melt packaging production line. Personnel in each position were randomly assigned by drawing lots, fully testing the teams' collaborative capabilities. In the theoretical collaboration segment, teams engaged in quick-answer sessions on core knowledge points such as food safety production, GMP standards, and the HACCP system, responding swiftly and accurately, demonstrating solid theoretical foundations. In the job-based collaborative practical operation segment, contestants focused intently with skilled techniques, strictly following process requirements to complete the entire workflow of material picking, weighing, bagging, and sealing, competing in output and quality within a time limit, showcasing professional excellence in every precise movement. The emergency collaborative handling segment served as a bonus round, where judges randomly set up scenarios involving non-conforming products to test the teams' emergency response capabilities in identifying issues and handling them properly. All teams responded calmly and handled situations promptly, fully demonstrating their strong professional competence.

During the competition, the judging panel strictly followed the scoring criteria, conducting on-site evaluations throughout with full transparency to ensure fair and just results. After the competition, the judging panel immediately tallied each team's scores, determined the award winners, and announced them on-site. Ultimately, one "Best Collaboration Honor Award" team was selected from each of the fruit crisp packaging production line and the yogurt melt packaging production line.

At the award ceremony, Comrade Wang Changzheng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch and Vice Chairman of the Labor Union, solemnly presented honorary certificates to the winning teams, highly commending their outstanding performance. He encouraged all employees to follow the example of the winning teams, stay committed to their positions, hone their skills, and work collaboratively, applying the excellent work style and superb skills demonstrated in the competition to actual production, practicing the spirit of craftsmanship, and building a solid food safety defense line.
