The auspicious jade dragon brings good fortune, the golden snake presents blessings, and the purple aura from the east heralds a renewal of all things. On January 24, 2025, the 2025 Annual Gala of Jiangsu Xiehe Group was grandly held at the Zhonghua Sui Health Science Museum, attended by over 200 employees from various departments and affiliated companies of the Group. The annual meeting also specially invited Comrade Lin Bi, Deputy Director of the Social Work Department of the Tongshan District Committee of Xuzhou City, Comrade Li Hongyan, Deputy Director of the Party-Mass and Social Work Department of the High-tech Zone, Comrade Cai Shasha, Director of the Party-Mass Division, and Comrades Dong Xianyun, Meng Zhaofei, and Zhang Mingying, Party Building Instructors of the District, to attend and jointly witness this grand event.
At the beginning of the event, Comrade Zhou Weiping, Executive Deputy General Manager of Jiangsu Xiehe Group, read out the speech delivered by Chairman Zhao Baomin. The speech reviewed the significant breakthroughs achieved by the Group over the past year in business expansion, technological innovation, and operational management, expressed sincere gratitude to all employees for their hard work and outstanding contributions over the past year, and expressed the hope that everyone would work together with unity, diligence, and dedication in the new year to elevate the Company's operations and development to a new level. He also wished everyone a happy Spring Festival, good health, a happy life, and good luck in the Year of the Snake.
Special guests Comrade Lin Bi, Comrade Dong Xianyun, and Comrade Meng Zhaofei delivered speeches respectively, fully affirming the achievements made by Xiehe Group over the past year under the leadership of Party building. They also placed high expectations on the Group's development in the new year, encouraging us to continue leveraging Party and labor building as a key driver, continuously strengthen internal cohesion, enhance core competitiveness, stand at the forefront of market trends, and contribute greater strength to the high-quality development of the local economy. Comrade Meng Zhaofei, Party Building Instructor of the Tongshan District Committee, presented a blessing Spring Festival couplet to Xiehe Group.
During the subsequent two-hour cultural performance, employees presented a series of carefully choreographed programs including singing, dancing, folk arts, and skits. The songs were heartfelt, the dance performances were full of vitality, the folk art and skits were unique in style, and the group chorus was awe-inspiring. The entire performance was lively, joyful, harmonious, and a complete success, reflecting the harmonious and positive spirit of the Group as a big family, as well as the employees' love of life and versatile talents.
Throughout the performance, fun games and exciting lucky draws were interspersed, adding joy and surprise while also allowing more employees to participate in the activities and experience the appeal and cohesion of collective events.
The annual gala was not only an audio-visual feast but also a true reflection of Xiehe Group's unity, progress, and vigorous development.
